How to Measure Ring Size

How to Measure Ring Size

Measuring your ring size can be a tricky task, but with the right tools and methods, you can get an accurate measurement in no time. There are a few different ways to measure your ring size, but we'll go over the most common methods below.

Method 1: Using a Ring Sizer

A ring sizer is a plastic or metal tool that you can use to determine your ring size. To use a ring sizer, simply slide the sizer over your finger, making sure it fits snugly but not too tight. The size that the sizer stops at is your ring size.

Method 2: Using a String or Strip of Paper

If you don't have a ring sizer, you can also use a string or strip of paper to measure your ring size. To do this, wrap a string or strip of paper around your finger, making sure it's snug but not too tight. Mark the spot where the string or paper meets, then measure the length of the string or paper in millimeters. You can then use this measurement to determine your ring size using the chart below.

Method 3: Using a Ring that Fits

If you already have a ring that fits well on the finger you want to measure, you can use it to determine your ring size. Simply place the ring over the circles below, making sure the inside of the ring lines up with the outside of the circle. The circle that the ring fits over is your ring size.
